Creating your first itinerary is easy:

• Sign up for a free account (you'll receive 5 welcome credits)
• Go to "My Trips" and click "Create New Trip"
• Enter your destination, travel dates, number of travelers, and trip type
• Click "Generate Itinerary" and let our AI create your personalized plan
• Review, edit, and customize your itinerary as needed

You can browse destinations and view sample itineraries for free. When you sign up, you receive 5 free credits as a welcome bonus, which you can use to generate itineraries or view trips shared by other travelers.

After using your free credits, you can purchase more credits in affordable bundles. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready for your next adventure.

WanderBot can create itineraries for 150+ countries worldwide. Our AI has knowledge of popular tourist destinations, hidden gems, local restaurants, cultural sites, and outdoor adventures across the globe.

Whether you're planning a trip to Paris, backpacking through Southeast Asia, or exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations in South America, WanderBot has you covered.

WanderBot uses a simple credit system:

• 1 credit per day to generate or regenerate an AI itinerary (e.g., a 5-day trip costs 5 credits)
• 1 credit for lifetime access to view an itinerary created and shared by another user

Viewing your own itineraries is always free. Once you've paid to view someone else's itinerary, you have lifetime access to it.

Credits are sold in bundles with volume discounts:

• Starter Pack: 20 credits
• Explorer Pack: 60 credits (best value for regular travelers)
• Wanderer Pack: 150 credits (biggest savings for frequent adventurers)

The more credits you buy, the lower the price per credit. Visit the Credits page to see current pricing.

No, credits never expire! Your credits remain in your account until you use them. Take your time planning your adventures – there's no rush.

Note: If you delete your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents itinerary generation, please contact us at support@wanderbot.be and we'll make it right.

For EU customers, consumer protection rights apply as required by law.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

WanderBot never stores your card details – all payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

Yes! Your itinerary is fully customizable. You can:

• Edit activity details (name, time, location, notes)
• Delete activities you're not interested in
• Add your own activities to any day
• Regenerate the entire itinerary if you want fresh suggestions (costs credits)

The AI gives you a great starting point, but you're in control of the final plan.

Our AI provides high-quality recommendations based on extensive travel knowledge. However, we recommend:

• Verify opening hours and prices before visiting attractions
• Check restaurant reviews and make reservations if needed
• Confirm booking requirements for popular attractions
• Stay flexible – conditions can change

AI-generated content is a helpful planning tool, but always double-check important details before your trip.

Yes! When you create a trip, it becomes visible to other WanderBot users in the Explore section. Other travelers can pay 1 credit to view your full itinerary and get inspired for their own trips.

Sharing your itineraries helps build our community and lets other travelers benefit from great trip ideas.

You have several options:

• Edit it: Customize individual activities, times, and add your own ideas
• Regenerate it: Get a completely new itinerary (costs credits based on trip duration)
• Update your preferences: Go to your Profile and adjust your travel preferences for better results next time

The more detailed your preferences, the better your AI-generated itineraries will match your travel style.

Your travel preferences are used by the AI to personalize every itinerary. You can set:

• Budget style: Budget-friendly, moderate, or luxury
• Travel pace: Relaxed, moderate, or intensive
• Interests: History, nature, food, art, adventure, nightlife, and more
• Dislikes: Things to avoid (crowds, long walks, early mornings, etc.)
• Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, etc.
• Transportation preference: Walking, public transit, taxi, rental car
• Accommodation style: Hostel to luxury hotels
• Schedule preferences: Early bird or late riser

The more preferences you set, the more tailored your itineraries will be!

To change your password:

• Go to your Profile page
• Find the "Change Password" section
• Enter your current password and your new password
• Click "Change Password"

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Please note:

• All your trips and itineraries will be permanently deleted
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited
• This action cannot be undone
